Holding Maria Vittoria  is a beautiful residence in the middle of Ostuni's coutryside, one of the most famous cities of Puglia region, situated between borders of Salento and Murgia Barese.

 

A few years ago, while on holiday in Ostuni, we were enchanted by the area and decided to build the Tenuta Maria Vittoria residence.

We immediately felt we were in a fairy tale seeing these red lands lit up like fire, these hundred-year-old olive trees, all intertwined so that they look like statues, these trulli half-hidden by plants as if trying to escape the vegetation.

 

The next step was to look for a farm that would allow us to build a residence that would not distort the magic of the place, but rather that would amplify it and make it available to guests, making them feel pampered and at home.

 

 We found a ten-thousand square metre piece of land, very central, close to the town of Ostuni but also close to the marina, with some unevenness that made it lively and dynamic, and here we laid the foundation stone.

The floor plan of the residence is in the shape of a horseshoe, so that all amenities are close at hand. The swimming pool, the relaxation area, the outdoor kitchen, the old lamia and the new one, intersect in a unique space with attention to detail, comfortable and full of character.
